This tour is for single participants only.
We do not allow people who know each other or family members to participate in the tour, including when making individual reservations. If we find out that people who know each other or family members have applied for the tour, we may refuse your participation in the tour even if it is just before the tour departure, and we may also refuse you from participating in all future Solo Travel tours with our company.
Furthermore, if this becomes apparent during your trip, we may cancel your travel contract at that point.

[Meals requests]
As this is a comprehensive group tour, we cannot accept requests to change Meals contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical considerations. We also cannot provide refunds for meal fees.

[Best time to see cherry blossoms]
Nakijin Castle Kanhizakura (Winter Cherry Blossoms): Late Jan. to early Feb.
*The best viewing time may vary depending on weather conditions, etc.

[About the event]
●Due to the nighttime event, arrival time at the accommodation may be around 10pm.
●The event may be canceled or unable to be held as Itinerary due to bad weather, infection status, etc. If the conditions for holding the tour are met, the tour will depart regardless of whether the event is held or not. There will be no alternative sightseeing or refunds.
●This is an outdoor event. In the event of rain, the venue may be crowded and you may not be able to use umbrellas. Please bring a raincoat or poncho in case of sudden rain.

If you select "Documents required", we will send you a transfer form by mail along with your travel brochure.

[About accruing miles with each airline]
The airfare for travel using aircraft is "Inclusive Travel Discount Fares", "Individual Inclusive Travel Discount Fares" or "Individual Inclusive Travel Fares". Please note that the above fares are not eligible for mileage accrual offered by each airline.

[Please understand the purpose of this solo trip]
Our solo trips are "Solo-Only Travel" that aim to make it easy and relaxed for people to join in the trip alone. For this reason, we only accept applications from single people.

[About greeting calls from tour conductors]
For this course, except in emergency cases, we do not make a confirmation call to the representative before the trip to greet them. If you need a confirmation call, please call us at least three days before departure. However, please note that we may not be able to contact you if you are not around during the day.
*Those who reside outside of Japan will not be contacted prior to departure.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
