Cancellation of the travel contract and refund by the customer before the trip begins

(1): You may cancel the Travel Contract by paying to us the cancellation fee set forth below.

The time of cancellation shall be based on the time that a participant notifies us of it within our business days or hours. Overnight day trip" shall be treated as "Day trip. If you use airline tickets sold widely to consumers via websites or other means, or if you use a chartered ship, the cancellation fees may differ from those stated above. Please be sure to check the details in your contract. "Bus Tour" refers to trips where the primary mode of transportation is by bus.

In the following cases, you may cancel the Travel Contract before the start of the trip without paying the cancellation fee. In such cases, we will refund the full amount of the travel fare already paid within 7 days from the day following the cancellation date.
