【皇居一般参賀について】
■急な国賓の来日、皇族の体調等、荒天・災害等の理由により、一般参賀は急遽中止となる場合があります。
■皇居への団体優先入場はありません。ご案内は一般のお客様と同じ為、混雑時はお待ち頂きます。また混雑や危険防止の為、入場時に手荷物検査・セキュリティチェックが行われます。手荷物は最小限にするほか、参賀に不必要な大きな荷物はバスに置いておく等、混雑緩和に御協力をお願い致します。ナイフやハサミ等は、法令違反とならない程度の物であっても、手荷物検査で時間がかかる事がありますので、持ち込まないようお願い致します。飲食物や大きな荷物はお持ち込み頂けません。カメラの持ち込みは可能ですが三脚や脚立の使用は禁止です。
■皇居前広場は砂利道、皇居内には坂道等があり、雑踏による転倒事故も考えられます。履物には十分御注意下さい。特にハイヒール、下駄ばき等の方は御注意下さい。天候の急変に備えて雨具の準備もお願い致します。※雨傘よりも両手が使える雨ガッパがお勧めです。
■皇居内では飲酒ができません。
■お出ましの時間まで長時間お待ち頂く場合があります。

■年末年始の交通渋滞の為、当初予定しています見学地・見学時間の変更・カットや宿到着時間・帰着時間の遅延が起こる場合がございます。その場合でも、旅行代金のご返金や宿泊・食事・タクシー代などの負担には応じかねますのでご了承下さい。

For customers on Waitlist, we will officially book your reservation by sending you a contract document as soon as a seat becomes available. ●The travel fee for children aged 3 to 6 (preschoolers) includes only the bus seat fee. If you require Other (bedding, meals, points, etc.), please apply for a child (elementary school student).

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
