[About this course]
■The tour conductor will accompany you from New Chitose Day 1 to New Chitose Day 3 Our staff will guide you through the boarding procedures at Chubu Centrair International Airport on the day of departure.
■We cannot accept requests to change the contents of Meals, except in cases where there is a risk to your physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical judgment. Please prepare your own meals. Please also note that we cannot refund the meal fee even if you do not eat Meals.
■The itinerary may be reversed, the order of sightseeing spots may be changed, or some spots may be omitted.
■There may be separate round-trip flights. Therefore, there may be a few hours of waiting time at each airport. Also, we will leave it up to our discretion to decide which flight you will be assigned to.
■There are no front seat plans available for the bus.

*Regarding aircraft seats, due to congestion, seat arrangements, and group arrangements, we cannot accept requests for specific departure and arrival times or window or aisle seats. Also, even if two or more people apply, you may not be seated next to each other.

[Information about reservations]
■The information is updated daily (excluding Sundays, national holidays, and the New Year holidays), but please note that it is not in real time. Also, even if there is only one seat remaining, it will be displayed as [Available].
■If there are not enough participants, the trip may be canceled. If the trip is canceled, we will contact you at least 14 days before departure.
■Please be sure to check the "Final Information" (Itinerary to be sent to you 5 days before departure) for your flight and meeting time.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
