A brand fish certified as "Kagoshima Fish"
Buri Taisho is farmed yellowtail shipped by the Ushinoe Fisheries Cooperative Association in Tarumizu City, Kagoshima Prefecture.
The production area is located deep in Kagoshima Bay, and the water depth suddenly becomes about 120m within a few minutes of sailing by boat.
For this reason, yellowtail farming first began in Kagoshima Prefecture in 1968.
The yellowtails raised in Ushinone have small, plump heads and are characterized by having more meat than yellowtails of the same size raised in other production areas.
The fishing grounds are in Kagoshima Bay, where the water temperature is stable and feeding is possible all year round, which means the yellowtail grow quickly.

Takachiho Farm: A great place to buy handmade sweets, original dairy products, sausages, and more
A tourist ranch at the foot of the Kirishima mountain range. You can interact with the cows, horses, and sheep that have been raised in the great outdoors, tour the ranch, and try your hand at crafting.
The shop is stocked with all the deliciousness of the farm! A wide variety of products are lined up, including dairy products such as milk, bread, and ham. Why not buy some fresh dairy products as souvenirs?
