[About the front seat bus plan]
This course also includes an optional front seat plan (4,500 yen per person). We guarantee bus seats in rows 1-3 for three days. However, we cannot accept reservations for rows 1-3, left/right/aisle seats, or for a limited Tour Period such as one day only.
* Applications for the front seat plan are accepted on a group basis. Applications cannot be made for a portion of a group. * The application deadline is 5 business days before the tour departure. Payment must be made in advance; cash payments on the day are not accepted.
・Due to seating arrangement, passengers in the first three rows may not be those who have applied for the front reserved seat plan.
However, for courses in which tickets are sent to you before departure, the "Travel Itinerary" will be sent by mail, and you will not be able to view it on your My Page.

Due to the unusually hot weather this year, and from the viewpoint of hygiene and food safety, we have been informed by the other party that they will no longer be serving "raw whitebait rice bowls" to group customers, and have changed the meal contents as follows. As of August 9th, it is still unclear when the "raw whitebait rice bowls" will be resumed, so this tour will continue to serve "boiled whitebait rice bowls" from autumn onwards.

[About the service]
At the application stage, the flight is not confirmed, so a final itinerary indicating the flight number and Accommodation will be sent separately approximately 5 days before the departure date. Please note that since the tour is handled as a group and arrangements are made in bulk, depending on the number of participants, the aircraft used, and the seat allocation situation of the airline, seats may be divided into front and back seats, or you may be asked to share a seat with other customers. Please be aware of this in advance.

Based on this, Accommodation facilities are classified into [S, A, B, C] (S being the best).
[About the bus company]
The bus company operating this course will be Hinomaru Motor Vehicles. We will use the bus companies listed in the "List of Bus Companies" on our website.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
