[About the tour]
■The order of the itinerary may be changed.
■ On Day 2 transportation costs between the Snow Festival venue and the hotel will be borne by the guest. (Odori Station to Shin-Sapporo Station: 330 yen, approximately 20 minutes)
■The meal contents listed may be subject to change due to local procurement issues or poor catches.
■Please wear non-slip shoes and warm clothing in preparation for snowfall and accumulation.
■This course is conducted jointly with Hiroshima. There may be waiting time at the airport on the way there and back. The tour conductor will accompany you from Fukuoka.
■If you are staying in Sapporo, the hotel has a large public bath, but the rooms are either shower booth type or with a bathtub. *Cannot be selected

[About the curling experience]
・Equipment will be provided at the stadium, so no special preparations or luggage are required.
We will ask you for your shoe size in advance (please contact us).
・Please refrain from drinking alcohol before coming to the facility. Those who have been drinking will not be able to participate in the experience.
・Please refrain from wearing skirts or jeans during the experience as you will not be able to bend or stretch your legs. Please wear clothes that are easy to move around in.

[Domestic passenger handling fees]
A separate round-trip passenger handling facility fee (2,440 yen per person) will be charged at Fukuoka, Haneda, and New Chitose airports.
However, for courses in which tickets are sent to you before departure, the "Travel Itinerary" will be sent by mail, and you will not be able to view it on your My Page.

[Changes to participants]
Since your name will be printed on the aircraft ticket, you will not be able to cancel or change your course after the cancellation fee is incurred, nor will you be able to change your name. For name changes after the cancellation fee is incurred, please contact our call center.

Regarding participant registration: When registering participants, you will need to register ① the participant's name, ② age, and ③ gender.

[Travel precautions]
*The round-trip transportation and Accommodation details will be provided in the "Travel Guide (Departure Information)" which will be sent to you approximately 5 days before the departure date.
*Please leave it to us to allocate seats on all modes of transportation (bus, plane, train, Other) and rooms at Accommodation during the trip.
*Regarding aircraft seats, due to congestion, seat arrangements, and group arrangements, we cannot accept requests for specific departure and arrival times or window or aisle seats. Also, even if two or more people apply, you may not be seated next to each other.

[About waiting Waitlist]
For customers on Waitlist, if a seat becomes available 15 days before departure, we will officially register your reservation by sending you a written contract or submitting it to your My Page. Please make payment for the travel fare within one week of receiving the documents. Please note that if we are unable to confirm your payment, your reservation will be cancelled. Depending on when a seat becomes available, we may contact you by phone or email before sending you the written contract.

[Children, infants and toddlers reception]
■This course is for women only. Minors are not allowed to participate.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
