Please note that if the best viewing period for cherry blossoms and other flowers is significantly off at the time of departure, we may omit the tour or show you alternative sightseeing spots.
■If the Yakatabune tour is cancelled due to high water levels or bad weather, we will refund the cost of the tour and omit the itinerary. Please note that the tour itself will depart even in bad weather.
■The large and small baths at New Royal Hotel Shimanto are separated by time for men and women.

[To passengers boarding midway ride]
Even if you wish to board from a station other than the departure station on the itinerary, you will be responsible for the transportation costs and admission ticket fees to the midway ride. If you board from an midway ride station, please purchase the various tickets yourself and board the train listed on the final information sheet (sent approximately 5 days before the departure date) that we will send you, which will specify the flight number and Accommodation.

[About the trains used]
Regarding train arrival and departure times,The flight and car number designated by our company within the notation.  Please be aware that this may occur.
Since tours are arranged as a group, depending on the number of participants, the seating arrangement on the train, and seat availability, you may be seated in front or behind the train, or you may be asked to share a seat with other passengers. Thank you for your understanding.

[Cancellation/Changes]
If you need to cancel or change a trip you have applied for, please contact us. A designated fee will be charged depending on the date of cancellation or change.

[Guaranteed front seat on bus]
・Additional charge: For 1,500 yen per person per day, we will reserve a seat within the first 3 rows of the bus. We cannot accept requests for a seat within the first, second, or third rows. Please leave the seating arrangement to us.
・If there are two or more people participating, there is a possibility that you will be seated vertically.
・This option is available only for groups; it cannot be purchased for individual seats and must be bought for the entire group traveling together.
・If you wish to add more people, change the tour, or change the departure date, please make a new reservation. Please note that we only accept up to 3 seats, so you may not be able to make a reservation.
・The application deadline is 5 business days before the tour departure. If paying by credit card, it is 3 business days before the tour departure. Payment must be made in advance; cash payments on the day are not accepted.
・Due to seating arrangement, passengers in the first three rows may not be those who have applied for the front seat reserved plan.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
