[Regarding Meals requests]
We cannot accommodate requests to change the contents of Meals, except in cases where there is a risk of endangering your physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical judgement. Please note that we cannot refund the meal fee even if you do not eat Meals. Please refrain from taking home any unused Meals.

[Domestic passenger handling fees]
A separate fee for using the domestic passenger handling facilities at Itami and Sendai airports (round-trip) (1,260 yen per person) will be charged.

[Changes to participants]
Since your name will be printed on the aircraft ticket, you will not be able to cancel or change your course after the cancellation fee is incurred, nor will you be able to change your name. For name changes after the cancellation fee is incurred, please contact our call center.

[About the tour]
■For this tour, we do not make a phone call to greet you before departure. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any time.
■ Accommodation may be a room with an outdoor bath.
■The order of the itinerary may be changed.
■The meeting time will be one hour before the flight departure time. It may be as early as 6:00 AM. We will decide which flight to use and will inform you of the flight in the final information sent to you 7 to 5 days before departure.
■Please note that the frost-covered trees and snow scenery may not be visible due to natural phenomena.
■If the Yamagata Zao Ropeway is suspended due to weather or other reasons, we will refund the equivalent of our purchase price.
■When staying in a Japanese-style room or a Japanese-Western style room at the Accommodation facility, you may be required to lay out your futon yourself.

[Travel precautions]
*The round-trip transportation and Accommodation details will be provided in the "Travel Guide (Departure Information)" which will be sent to you approximately 5 days prior to the departure date.
*Please leave it to us to allocate seats on all modes of transportation (bus, plane, train, Other) and rooms at Accommodation during the trip.
*Regarding aircraft seats, due to congestion, seat arrangements, and group arrangements, we cannot accept requests for specific departure and arrival times or window or aisle seats. Also, even if two or more people apply, you may not be seated next to each other.
*This tour is also available for sale to foreigners. If foreign passengers are on board, some of the tour may be conducted in a foreign language.

[Travel fees for infants]
For passengers aged 3 to 5, due to the Travel Industry Law and safety management, we will provide an airplane seat and a bus seat for the duration of the trip, for which an additional fee will be charged (there are no seats in taxis or free hotel shuttle buses). Train seats, Meals, and bedding at Accommodation will not be provided during the trip. If you wish, please make a reservation under "child."

[Request for participation in the aircraft course]
Regarding participant registration When registering a participant, you will need to register (1) participant's name, (2) age, and (3) gender.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
