As this is an all-inclusive arrangement for large groups, we cannot accommodate requests to change Meals contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical considerations.

[Domestic passenger handling fees]
A separate fee of 680 yen per person will be charged for the round-trip domestic passenger handling facility at Itami Airport.

[Request for participation in the aircraft course]
Regarding participant registration When registering a participant, you will need to register (1) participant's name, (2) age, and (3) gender.

[Changes to participants]
Since your name will be printed on the aircraft ticket, you will not be able to cancel or change your course after the cancellation fee is incurred, nor will you be able to change your name. For name changes after the cancellation fee is incurred, please contact our call center.

[About the tour]
■The order of the itinerary may be changed.
■The meeting time will be one hour before the flight departure time. It may be around 6 o'clock.
■JR Tadami Line and Aizu Railway have unreserved seats. Depending on the congestion situation, you may have to stand. Also, the boarding section may change depending on the congestion situation.
The snowy color may not be visible depending on the weather.
■When staying in a Japanese-style room or a Japanese-Western style room at the Accommodation facility, you may be required to lay out your futon yourself.

[Travel fees for infants]
For passengers aged 3 to 5, due to the Travel Industry Law and safety management considerations, we will provide seats on the plane and on the bus during the trip, for which an additional fee will be charged (there are no seats in taxis or free hotel shuttle buses). Please note that we will not provide train seats, Meals, or bedding at Accommodation during the trip.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
