[Regarding Meals requests]
As this is an all-inclusive arrangement for large groups, we cannot accommodate requests to change Meals contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical considerations.
Please note that we cannot refund the cost of your meal even if you do not consume Meals.

[Notes when making a reservation]
■Please be sure to register the names, ages, and genders of all participants, as they will be required when arranging air tickets. If you are unsure of the information, please contact us within one week of application.
■Please note that if you change the participants after 21 days prior to the departure date, a cancellation fee will be charged.

[About changing customers (name changes) after application]
■We cannot accept name changes from the My Reservations list on your My Page. If you would like to change the name of the person making the reservation, please contact us by email or the phone number below. Please note that we may not be able to make the change due to Full, and even if we can make the change, there will be a fee required for the change.

[About the tour]
■In our "Domestic Travel" publication from Aug. 1st to Oct. 1st, we had mentioned "Taketomi Island Bus Tour" Day 2, but since we are unable to accept local bus tours on the following departure dates, we will instead be showing you around the island with a "Water Buffalo Carriage Tour." Please be aware of this before making your reservation.

■You may be asked to take a direct flight for both the outbound and return flights.
■Transportation and sightseeing on Taketomi Island, Kohama Island, and Kuro Island may be by minibus or taxi. You may also be sharing the same vehicle with other tours or individual customers.
■The order of the itinerary may be changed.
■There are many areas to explore, so please wear comfortable footwear.

[Travel precautions]
*The round-trip transportation and Accommodation details will be provided in the "Travel Guide (Departure Information)" which will be sent to you approximately 5 days before the departure date.
*Please leave it to us to allocate seats on all modes of transportation (bus, plane, Other) and rooms at Accommodation during the trip.
*Regarding aircraft seats, due to congestion, seat arrangements, and group arrangements, we cannot accept requests for specific departure and arrival times or window or aisle seats. Also, even if two or more people apply, you may not be seated next to each other.

[Travel costs for infants]
For passengers aged 3 to 5, due to the Travel Industry Law and safety management, we will provide an airplane seat and a bus seat for the duration of the trip, for which an additional fee will be charged (there are no seats in taxis or free hotel shuttle buses). Train seats, Meals, and bedding at Accommodation will not be provided during the trip. If you wish, please make a reservation as a "child."

[Infant reception]
If you are bringing a child under the age of three, please apply using this dedicated form or through our call center.

[Information about reservations]
■The information is updated daily (excluding Sundays, national holidays, and the New Year holidays), but is not updated in real time. Even if there is only one seat remaining, it will be displayed as [Available].
■If there are not enough participants, the trip may be canceled. If the trip is canceled, we will contact you at least 14 days before departure.
■Reservations can be accepted online up until 8 days before departure.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
