[About JAL Naha Airport Bus Tour]
●On the day of the event, please be sure to bring an original (no copies accepted) of one of the following identification documents with photo (driver's license, driving history certificate, health insurance card, passport, or My Number card). Minors are allowed to use identification documents without photo. If you forget your identification documents, you will not be able to participate.
● Please note that the program and tour locations may be subject to change or cancellation depending on the weather, maintenance status, flight status, training, etc., as well as the infection situation and government guidelines.
● For your safety, please avoid wearing high heels, sandals, or shoes with thick soles. Please also note that you will need to wear a helmet during the tour.
● Wheelchair users must be able to board and disembark the bus by themselves to participate. Wheelchairs are not provided, so please bring your own. In addition, customers who require assistance with a wheelchair must participate with an accompanying person.

[About Valley of Gangara]
●The walking distance is about 1 kilometer, but you will proceed slowly while listening to the guide's explanation, so the tour will take about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
●You will walk about 1km along a path through the forest. Please wear comfortable walking shoes.
●Tours will proceed as usual even in rainy weather, but may be cancelled due to bad weather.
●Rain gear is not available for rental, so please bring your own rain gear (we recommend a raincoat). Plastic raincoats (100 yen) are also available for purchase at the tour reception.
If you have difficulty walking, you can wait near the reception desk. Please note that there will be no refunds in this case.

If you select "Documents required", we will send you a transfer form by mail along with your travel brochure.

[Domestic passenger handling fees]
A separate fee for using domestic passenger handling facilities at Chubu Centrair International Airport and Naha Airport (round-trip fee: 680 yen per person, one way) will be charged.

[Request for participation in the aircraft course]
Regarding participant registration: When registering participants, you will need to register ① the participant's name, ② age, and ③ gender.

[Changes to participants]
Since your name will be printed on the aircraft ticket, you will not be able to cancel or change your course after the cancellation fee is incurred, nor will you be able to change your name. For name changes after the cancellation fee is incurred, please contact our call center.

[Travel precautions]
*The round-trip transportation and Accommodation details will be provided in the "Travel Guide (Departure Information)" which will be sent to you approximately 5 days before the departure date.
*Please leave it to us to allocate seats on all modes of transportation (bus, plane, train, Other) and rooms at Accommodation during the trip.
*Regarding aircraft seats, due to congestion, seat arrangements, and group arrangements, we cannot accept requests for specific departure and arrival times or window or aisle seats. Also, even if two or more people apply, you may not be seated next to each other.
[Reception for infants and toddlers]
Children and infants are not permitted to participate in this course.

■If there are not enough participants, the trip may be canceled. If the trip is canceled, we will contact you at least 14 days before departure.
