■At the Nagoya Castle Museum, located on the ruins of Nagoya Castle, the Golden Tea Room will be closed to the public from Monday, Dec. 2, 2024 to mid-Mar. 2025 due to external rental and exhibition room construction.

[Travel fees for infants]
For customers aged 3 to 6 (preschool children), due to the Travel Agency Act and safety management considerations, we will provide bus seats for the duration of the trip, and there will be an additional charge (taxis and free hotel shuttle buses do not provide seats). However, please note that we will not provide train seats, Meals, or bedding at Accommodation during the trip.

[Information about reservations]
■The information is updated daily (excluding Sundays, national holidays, and the New Year holidays), but please note that it is not in real time. Also, even if there is only one seat remaining, it will be displayed as [Available].
■If there are not enough participants, the trip may be canceled. If the trip is canceled, we will contact you at least 14 days before departure.
■Reservations can be made on the website up until 8 days before departure.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
