■Depending on the departure date, the order of the itinerary may be changed. However, no sightseeing spots will be omitted due to the change.
■For Tsugaru Railway, the riding section may be reversed.
■The ropeway may be suspended due to weather, etc. In that case, we will refund the fare at a later date, so please be aware of this in advance.
■The "Senninburo" bath at Sukayu Onsen is a mixed-gender bath. There are also separate indoor baths for men and women.

When booking an airline ticket, you will need the following information:
■Names (in kanji or furigana), ages, and genders of all participants
Unless we can confirm all three of the above, we will not be able to reserve a seat on the aircraft. Please be sure to enter and check the information correctly when applying.

[About the Accommodation]
■Basically, one room is for 1 to 4 people. We do not accept shared rooms.
■The room is a Japanese-style room (with bathroom and toilet).
■Rooms and views cannot be specified.

[Information about reservations]
■The information is updated daily (excluding Sundays, national holidays, and the New Year holidays), but please note that it is not in real time. Also, even if there is only one seat remaining, it will be displayed as [Available].
■If there are not enough participants, the trip may be canceled. If the trip is canceled, we will contact you at least 14 days before departure.
■Please be sure to check the "Final Information" (Itinerary to be delivered to you 5 days before departure) for your flight and meeting time.
■If you apply for the infant (3-5 years old) fare, only the round-trip flight and bus seat will be arranged, Other Meals and bedding at Accommodation will not be provided. If you need them, please make a reservation as a [child].

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
