[About the course]
・This course will be held in conjunction with the Tokyo course.
・The order of Accommodation and sightseeing may be changed, or the tour may be conducted in the reverse order. Sightseeing spots will not be omitted, and sightseeing time will not be shortened.
・If you are booking for 3-4 people in one room, we may ask you to share an extra bed or separate you into 2 rooms. Please note that for the first night at Monbetsu Prince Hotel, even if you book for 2 people in one room, you may be assigned 2 single rooms.
・The meal contents listed may be subject to change due to local procurement issues or poor catches.
・Due to the seating arrangement on airplanes, even if you have applied for more than two people, your seats may be separated. Also, if there is an odd number of people participating, you will have to share seats on the bus.

[Meal requests]
■We cannot accept requests to change the contents of Meals, except in cases where there is a risk to your physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical judgment. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please prepare your own Meals. Please also note that we cannot refund the cost of Meals even if you do not eat them. (Please refrain from taking home any unused meals.)

■The tour conductor will accompany you from Okhotsk Monbetsu Airport on the first day to Wakkanai Airport on the last day. Our staff will guide you through the boarding procedures at Chubu Centrair International Airport on the day of departure.
■There will be no bus guide on board.

[Process after application]
■The second document (travel guide) will be sent to the representative's home at least 5 days before departure. If payment has not been confirmed, the document may arrive the day before departure. For customers applying at the last minute, we recommend that you transfer the money promptly after receiving the transfer slip, or pay by credit card via your internet My Page.

■If the number of participants is insufficient, the trip may be canceled. If the trip is canceled, we will contact you at least 14 days before departure.
