[About Shirakawa-go go Illumination]
●The lighting up period is at night, when temperatures are at their coldest, and the road surface will freeze over as temperatures drop to between -10℃ and 0℃. We recommend wearing warm clothing, waterproof and warm boots, and cleats. It is also recommended that you bring a flashlight as it will be dark underfoot.
●Depending on the weather conditions, you may not be able to see the snow scenery or the illumination of Shirakawa-go may be canceled.
This course does not include a trip to Shirakawa-go Observatory. In addition, you will arrive after 17:00 and will be walking through the illuminated Gassho-style village.

[About the tour]
●The tour conductor may only accompany you during part of the trip.
●For this course, the meeting point will be JR Takayama Station. Travel expenses from the meeting point and the ending point to your home will be borne by the customer.
●Advance payment is required. We cannot collect payment on the day.
●Depending on the congestion on the day, the return time may be significantly delayed, but we will not be able to cover the cost of Accommodation, meals, taxi fares, etc. We also cannot accept disembarking anywhere other than the return point (meeting place).
●This service may be operated by small or medium-sized buses.
●We will not contact you in advance except in emergencies. If you have any questions, please contact the relevant travel center.
●Cancellation fees will also be charged in the event of delays or non-participation due to transportation delays, etc.
●If there is an odd number of people attending, guests will be seated together. Please note that we may ask you to share a table with men and women.
●The tour will depart at the departure time stated in the brochure.
●If the number of participants is insufficient, the trip may be canceled. In the case of cancellation, we will contact you at least 4 days before departure.
*There are limited places to Meals in Shirakawa-go Village. Also, you will not be able to enter Shirakawa-go go Village after the illuminations start, so we will provide lunch boxes on this tour.

[Infant rates]
If you participate in the infant (3-6 years old, preschool child) rate, only a bus seat will be provided, and dinner will not be provided. If you wish, please participate in the child rate.
If you are bringing a child under the age of three who will not be using a bus seat, please contact us by phone or through the form below after completing the reservations for adults, children, and paying infants.
[For customers booking close to departure]
For customers who apply within one week prior to the departure date, travel brochures, transfer forms, and other documents may not be sent in time for the departure date. Brochures can be downloaded from My Page, so please check. For payment, we recommend paying by credit card online. For details, please refer to the information below. If you have paid by bank transfer, please bring the receipt.
Please note that fees for bank counter payments, automated teller machines (ATMs), and automatic withdrawals from Japan Post Bank savings accounts must be borne by the customer.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
