[About the sleeper express "Sunrise Izumo"]
This is a B-class private solo or single room.
Each room is for one person only, so if you are making a reservation for two or more people, you will be assigned to separate rooms on the Sunrise Izumo.
In addition, there are smoking rooms in some carriages. Please note that we will leave the allocation of train seats, including smoking and non-smoking, to our discretion.

Bed, power outlet, yukata (pajamas), alarm clock, air conditioning, cups, hangers, FM radio
■Amenities (shower room installed)
Shampoo with rinse, body soap, hair dryer
■In-car facilities
Vending machines (installed in several places/soft drinks in general), on-board telephone, toilets (in each car), mini lounge (rest room style/3rd car), shower room (paid/3rd car)
*There are no mobile food trucks or dining cars.
*There are no luggage storage facilities or lockers on board (please keep your belongings to yourself)

・It is first come first served and reservations are not required.
・Shower tickets (320 yen) can be purchased from the vending machine in the train lounge.
・There is no limit to bath time, but please keep it within reason (hot water only lasts for 6 minutes)

[Trains and buses]
■Due to the seating configuration, even if you apply as part of a group, your seats may be far apart, and even if two people apply, you may not be seated next to each other (seating vertically).
■Seating arrangements are at our discretion.
■ From Oct. onwards you may have to share a seat on the bus.

[About this tour]
■We cannot accept applications from customers who are elementary school age or younger.
■The bus will be Ryobi Bus or equivalent. (Only for use Day 1)
There will be no bus guides on board. There will be no tourist information provided on the bus.


[Information about reservations]
■The information is updated daily (excluding Sundays, national holidays, and the New Year holidays), but please note that it is not in real time. Also, even if there is only one seat remaining, it will be displayed as [Available].
■If there are not enough participants, the trip may be canceled. If the trip is canceled, we will contact you at least 14 days before departure.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
