■The Matsue Castle Horikawa sightseeing boat service may be canceled due to bad weather, etc.
■Domestic passenger facility charges will apply.
For tours using Chubu Centrair International Airport, a separate domestic passenger facility fee is required.

[Information about reservations]
■The information is updated daily (excluding Sundays, national holidays, and the New Year holidays), but please note that it is not in real time. Also, even if there is only one seat remaining, it will be displayed as [Available].
■If the number of participants is insufficient, the trip may be canceled. If the trip is canceled, we will contact you at least 14 days before departure.
■We will contact you again in writing with final details (meeting place, meeting time, etc.) at least 5 days before your trip.

If you select "Documents required", we will send you a transfer form by mail along with your travel brochure.

[About the aircraft and bus you will be using]
■Depending on the seating arrangement, companions may be seated one behind the other or far apart.
■Please leave the seating arrangement on the bus to us.
■The bus company operating this tour will be Nita Kanko or equivalent. There will be no bus guide on board.

[About changing customers (name changes) after application]
■We cannot accept name changes from the My Reservations list on your My Page. If you would like to change the name of the person making the reservation, please contact us by the phone number or email address listed below. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate you if Full reservation is fully booked, and even if we are able to accommodate you, there will be a fee required for the change.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
