[About Cassiopeia Travels]
■The operation of the Cassiopeia Journey is based on the plan as of Oct. 1st. Due to future changes to the operation plan, the departure and arrival times may differ from Itinerary times listed. In addition, the operation plan may be changed, canceled, or the section may be changed in the future.
■You will be staying in a Cassiopeia Twin room, but you will not be sleeping inside the train. Therefore, linens will not be provided. In addition, we cannot accommodate requests for the car number or view of the room. This is at our discretion.
■From Apr. 2020, all rooms on the Cassiopeia will be non-smoking. There are no smoking spaces on board.
■ Light meal and lunch (Cassiopeia Special Bento) are available on board. As meals are served in sequence, there may be variations in the intervals between Meals.

[About the hotel]
■If your room is a Japanese-style room, you will need to lay out the futon yourself.
■If a room is accommodating 3 to 4 people and is a Western-style room, an extra bed (including a sofa bed) may be provided in the twin room.

[About this tour]
■The sightseeing boat may be suspended or the boarding section may be changed due to weather conditions or Other reasons. In the event of suspension, we will refund the purchase price depending on the situation, but this will not be the case if the cost is covered by alternative measures.
■If there is an odd number of people participating in this tour, bus seats will be shared as a general rule.
■We ask that young children (younger than elementary school age) refrain from participating.

*Please note that even if you apply for Shinkansen seats for two or more people, you may not be seated next to each other.
*If the train you are using has stops along the way, you may get on and off. If you wish to board from a station, please inform us in advance when making your reservation, or check your "Travel Guide (Departure Information)" and call our call center at least 4 days before the departure date to let us know. The fare to the station midway ride will be borne by the customer. In addition, when boarding, please purchase an admission ticket (at your own expense) and come to the platform. For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board.
