[About this course]
● Lunch Day 1 will be served late, starting around 1:40pm.
●We organize tours according to the usual drift ice viewing season, but because drift ice and snow scenery are natural phenomena, you may not be able to see them depending on weather conditions.
●The drift ice sightseeing icebreaker boat "Aurora" may be suspended due to weather conditions. In that case, we will offer you an alternative sightseeing spot or refund the fare. Thank you for your understanding.
●The Sapporo Snow Festival and Lake Shikotsu Ice Waterfall Festival may be canceled in the event of bad weather or due to circumstances beyond the organizers' control.
The order of the itinerary may be changed.

●We will send you a "final guide" containing information about your flight, meeting time, itinerary, and Accommodation approximately one week before your departure.

●Due to the arrangement of seats on aircraft, even if you are a group, your seats may be far apart, or even if you have booked for two people, you may be seated vertically or with an aisle between you, or you may be seated in an emergency exit row.
●For this course, a domestic airport facility usage fee of 740 yen will be charged in total in addition to the basic travel fee. Please pay this together with the travel fee. (New Chitose @ 370 yen x 2 times *charged for each takeoff and landing)
●The Ibaraki Airport parking lot does not require a reservation and is free to use. However, we are not responsible for any accidents, etc.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
