[Getting on and off along the way]
For this course, you can get on and off at Shinagawa Station and Shin-Yokohama Station on both the outbound and return trips. Please confirm and select the meeting place at the reception. If you want midway ride, please purchase an admission ticket at the boarding station and proceed to the departure platform (the admission ticket fee is at your own expense, and there are no refunds or discounts for getting on and off midway).

[For passengers wishing to board from locations other than Tokyo, Shinagawa, and Shin-Yokohama]
The Hikari train you are using may not stop at your desired station. The final train information will tell you the confirmed train you will be using. If that train stops at your desired station, please let us know that you would like midway ride.
*The tour conductor will contact the representative by phone the day before departure with instructions on how to board.
*We will inform you in writing of round-trip transportation and Accommodation details approximately one week before the departure date.
*Please leave it to us to allocate seats on transportation (bus, train, Other) and rooms at Accommodation during the trip.

[Infant and toddler reception]
If you are bringing a child under the age of three, please apply using this dedicated form or through our call center.
* For customers aged 3 to 6 (preschool children), due to the Travel Agency Act and safety management, we will provide bus seats for the duration of the trip, and there will be an additional charge (taxis and free hotel shuttle buses do not provide seats). However, please note that we will not provide train seats, Meals, or bedding at the accommodations during the Accommodation.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
