■This tour is an English‑guided tour for international guests. Japanese guests may also join, but please note that guidance is in English only.
■No tour conductor accompanies this tour. Venue staff will handle reception and guidance. At check‑in, please show your reservation screen or voucher and state your name.
■For dietary changes due to allergies or religious reasons, we can remove certain ingredients, but cross‑contamination may occur. A ¥1,500 handling fee per meal applies, plus any price difference if applicable.
■For children joining on the infant (ages 3–6, not yet in elementary school) fare, all services during the tour are included.

■ If you need to cancel or change your booking, you must contact our Reservation Center. A designated fee may be charged depending on the date of cancellation or change. 

【Important Notes About Reservations 】
■ For dates very close to departure (within 2 days), online booking is not available. Please contact us directly.
■ If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the tour may be canceled. In the event of cancellation, we will contact you.
■Although we update availability daily (except on Sundays, national holidays, and the New Year period), there may be a time lag, and actual availability may differ. Please note that if even one seat remains, the system may still show “Accepting Reservations.” Depending on availability at the time of booking and your group size, the tour may fill up.
■Some participants may be accompanied by assistance dogs (e.g., guide dogs). If you have animal allergies, please be sure to inform us at the time of booking.
■ This tour is guided only in English. Thank you for your understanding.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
