This tour is for single participants only.
We do not allow acquaintances or family members to attend, even if you make individual reservations. If we find out that you have applied as a group of acquaintances or family members, we may refuse you participation in the tour even if it is shortly before the tour departs, and we may also refuse you participation in all future Solo Travel tours by our company.
Furthermore, if this becomes apparent during your trip, we may cancel your travel contract at that point.

*Please refrain from using the reclining bus seats.
*The best time to see cherry blossoms may vary slightly depending on the weather conditions of the year.

※ Tsugaru Railway Due to the impact of the timetable revision, the section of use and the boarding and disembarking station may be changed.
*Due to the revision of the JR timetable in mid-Mar. 2026, the departure time frame for the outbound journey and the arrival time frame for the return flight may change slightly.

■ About Meals requests
・From Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, a fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes to meal content due to food allergies or religious reasons, and if there is a difference, the actual cost will be charged.
・Please be sure to let us know for each travel application. Also, even if it is in the same condition as last time, please ask again for confirmation.
・In principle, please make a request at least 14 days before the departure date. Please contact us for further information. We may also explain menu changes to other customers. Please note.

・ If Meals is a lunch box, we cannot accept any changes.

・ If you do not consume Meals, the meal fee will not be refunded.

・In principle, we refrain from taking home Meals that have not been consumed.

[About choosing a meeting place]
*You can midway ride. Please be sure to confirm and select the meeting point.
If you are midway ride, please purchase a ticket at the boarding station and then proceed to the departure platform (ticket fees are at your own expense).
*The tour conductor will contact you by phone the day before departure with instructions on how to board the bus.
*Please note that there are no refunds or discounts for getting on or off along the way.

[Please understand the purpose of this solo trip]
A solo trip is Solo-Only Travel travelers to travel comfortably and without hesitation. For this reason, we only accept applications from single travelers.

[About greeting calls from tour conductors]
For this course, except in emergency cases, we do not make a confirmation call to the representative before the trip to greet them. If you need a confirmation call, please call us at least three days before departure. However, please note that we may not be able to contact you if you are not around during the day.
*Those who reside outside of Japan will not be contacted prior to departure.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
