[About the Alpine Route]
■If the Alpine Route is closed due to weather or other reasons, we will refund the difference between the cost of the vehicle you were unable to ride and the cost of any detours you used.
■The Alpine Route is expected to be crowded. Depending on the congestion situation, departure from the hotel Day 2 may be early in the morning and breakfast may be provided as a boxed lunch.
■When passing through the Alpine Route, Accommodation will need to bring your own luggage or it will be transported by large bus. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage during transport on the large bus. We recommend that you pack all your luggage in a backpack or similar.
■The return bus may not depart from Tateyama but from Gohyakkoku.
In this case, you will need to travel to Gohyakukoku by train (Toyama Chiho Railway) (approximately 40 minutes' ride, fare covered by the company).
■Please check the document we will send you after you apply for information on temperature and appropriate clothing.
■The amount of snowfall varies depending on weather conditions.

■ The departure time for the 5/5 flight Day 1 will be one hour earlier.
■ Accommodation are either pension-type or city hotel-type. In the case of pension-type accommodations, the facilities are not large, so the front desk, dining area, and baths may be crowded.
■When staying in a Japanese-style room or a Japanese-Western style room, please note that you may be asked to lay out your futon yourself, or that the futon may already be laid out when you arrive.
■Limited number of rooms for one person per room

■The best time to see the cherry blossoms may vary depending on the weather, etc. Even if your departure date is before Apr. 22nd, if the best time to see the cherry blossoms has passed, we will change your itinerary to Daio Wasabi Farm.
■For customers on Waitlist, if a seat becomes available 15 days before departure, we will convert your reservation to an official one by sending you a contract document or submitting it to your personal page. Please make payment for the travel fee within one week of receiving the document. If we are unable to confirm payment, your reservation will be canceled. Thank you for your understanding.
■Children aged 3 to 6 (preschool children) will need to pay travel fees to cover bus seats, hotel facility usage fees (bedding not included, meals included only in buffet-style cases), and various transportation fees.

■ We recommend that you make payment by credit card. Please note that if you do not have a credit card, please make a deposit by bank transfer. 【Notes on reservations】

■If the number of participants is insufficient, the tour may be canceled. We will contact you only in case of cancellation.
■The contents are updated every day (excluding Sundays, holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays), but please note that there may be some time lag and the actual situation may differ. [About the use of bus seats and reclining seats]
We cannot accept requests for seats on the bus. Please note that you will be left to our company. Also, if you participate with an odd number of people, you may be seated with people from other groups. Please refrain from using reclining seats on this course.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
