[Request for participation in the aircraft course]
Regarding participant registration When registering a participant, you will need to register (1) participant's name, (2) age, and (3) gender.

[Changes to participants]
Since your name will be printed on the aircraft ticket, you will not be able to cancel or change your course after the cancellation fee is incurred, nor will you be able to change your name. For name changes after the cancellation fee is incurred, please contact our call center.

[Regarding Meals requests]
As this is an all-inclusive arrangement for large groups, we cannot accommodate requests to change Meals contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical considerations.
Please note that we cannot refund the cost of your meal even if you do not consume Meals.

[About the tour]
■You may be asked to take a direct flight for both the outbound and return flights.
■On remote islands other than Ishigaki Island, you may be accommodated on a bus with other customers.
■Due to round-trip flights and park and facility closing days, the order of some of the itinerary and Accommodation may be changed.
■This course is conducted jointly with 75698 (Hotel Abiangpana Ishigaki Island Accommodation plan).

[About the ship]
■The island tour boats, Nakama River sightseeing boats, and Kabira Bay glass-bottom boats may be suspended due to bad weather, etc.

For online bookings, this tour accepts credit card payment only, and no physical travel documents will be mailed.

[Travel precautions]
*The round-trip transportation and Accommodation details will be provided in the "Travel Guide (Departure Information)" which will be sent to you approximately 5 days before the departure date.
*Please leave it to us to allocate seats on all modes of transportation (bus, plane, train, Other) and rooms at Accommodation during the trip.
*Regarding aircraft seats, due to congestion, seat arrangements, and group arrangements, we cannot accept requests for specific departure and arrival times or window or aisle seats. Also, even if two or more people apply, you may not be seated next to each other.

[Children, infants and toddlers reception]
For passengers aged 3 to 5, due to the Travel Industry Law and safety management, we will provide an airplane seat and a bus seat for the duration of the trip, for which an additional fee will be charged (there are no seats in taxis or free hotel shuttle buses). Train seats, Meals, and bedding at Accommodation will not be provided during the trip. If you wish, please make a reservation as a "child."
If you are bringing a child under the age of three, please apply using this dedicated form or through our call center.

[Information about reservations]
■The information is updated daily (excluding Sundays, national holidays, and the New Year holidays), but please note that it is not in real time. Also, even if there is only one seat remaining, it will be displayed as [Available].
■If there are not enough participants, the trip may be canceled. If the trip is canceled, we will contact you at least 14 days before departure.
■Reservations can be made on the website up until 8 days before departure.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
