★流氷に関して★
・流氷は、自然現象の為、気象条件（潮流・風向等）によりご覧いただけない場合もございます。
・流氷の接岸状況に関わらずツアーは催行いたします。接岸していない場合でも取消・変更の場合は所定のお取消料を収受いたします。
・流氷の状況は、出発前に弊社からお客様にご連絡いたしません。気象庁のホームページなどで発出されている「海氷予想図」などをご参照ください。
・流氷がご覧いただけない場合の代案は、当日同行するTD（添乗員）からご案内いたします。なお代案ですが、行程の都合や土地・季節柄、ご案内できる施設が限られてしまうことを予めご了承ください。
・流氷砕氷船の運航は流氷の有無には左右されず、流氷が航路上にない場合は海上遊覧となりますが、返金はございません。悪天候・高波等により欠航の場合は、代替観光地へのご案内または差額を後日返金させていただきます。また、「流氷砕氷船おーろら」の出航時間によっては、行程順序を入れ替えてご案内する為、札幌駅の到着時間が前後する可能性がございます。

◆２日目流氷遊ウォークにつきまして、流氷の上を歩いたり、海水に入って写真を撮ったりします。専門ガイド同行のもと、約1時間散策します。下記制限がありますので、お申し込み前にご確認ください。

● Reservations made after 7 ~ Day 5 (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from the day before the start of the tour may not arrive in time for documents such as travel pamphlets and payment forms by the departure date. ● Frequently asked questions and inquiries

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
