■The Fuji Subaru Line 5th Station is at an altitude of 2,300 m. The temperature is about 10 to 15 degrees Celsius lower than in the Tokyo metropolitan area. Please bring a warm, windproof jacket and raincoat in case of sudden changes in the weather or a drop in temperature.
■If the Fuji Subaru Line is closed due to bad weather, etc., the tour to the 5th Station of Mt. Fuji will be canceled and you will be guided to an alternative tourist spot.
■ As this is a comprehensive group tour, we cannot accept requests to change Meals contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical judgment. Please prepare your own meals. We also cannot refund the meal fee or provide takeaway Meals.

●For reservations close to the departure date, please contact the Travel Center listed below as they cannot be made online. If there are vacant seats, we will accept applications up until the day before.

●This tour is also available for sale to foreigners. If foreign passengers are on board, some of the tour may be conducted in a foreign language, but no guide-interpreter will accompany the passenger.

For customers on Waitlist, we will officially book your reservation by sending you a contract document as soon as a seat becomes available. For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
