For customers who are unable to obtain an Expo ID due to reasons such as not having a smartphone, you can enter the Expo site if you bring the document with the ticket QR code printed on it that we will send you on the day. However, you will not be able to participate in the advance lottery for pavilions or receive Other services that require an Expo ID.

[About Accommodation]
●Please leave the room allocation at Accommodation (Western-style room: double or twin / with bath and toilet) to us.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat.
