[Information]
■The only drop-off point in Kamikochi will be Kamikochi Bus Terminal, and you will be guided to take a leisurely stroll around the Kappa Bridge area.
■You cannot get off at Taisho Pond or in front of Kamikochi Imperial Hotel.
■The best time to see the Day Hemerocallis day lilies at Kirigamine is usually from mid Jul. to early Aug.
■If there are 3 or more people in a room, an extra bed (including a sofa bed) may be provided.
■If you choose a Japanese-Western style room, you will need to lay the futon yourself in the Japanese-style room.
■Please refrain from wearing yukata in hotel restaurants.
■The buffet contents and dining venue may be subject to change.
■ As this is a comprehensive group tour, we cannot accept requests to change Meals contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical judgment. ●For reservations close to the departure date, please contact the Travel Center listed below as they cannot be made online. If there are vacant seats, we will accept applications up until the day before.
●If Minimum Number of Participants is not met and the trip is unavoidably canceled, we will notify you in writing. Notification will be completed by letter or email.
●This tour is also available for sale to foreigners. If foreign passengers are on board, some of the tour may be conducted in a foreign language, but no guide-interpreter will accompany the passenger.

For customers on Waitlist, we will officially book your reservation by sending you a contract document as soon as a seat becomes available. For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
