[About the tour]
■This course is a tour to the Osaka-Kansai Expo.
■You will need to complete the procedures yourself, such as obtaining an Expo ID and reserving a pavilion. Please be sure to check the instructions enclosed with the brochure, which will explain the procedures you need to complete before departure.
■To participate in the Expo tour, you will need an electronic device such as a smartphone or tablet.
■The Expo site will be completely cashless. Cash cannot be used for shopping, eating and drinking within the site. Approximately 60 different payment brands will be available (credit cards will also be accepted). Those who do not have a means of payment other than cash will need to purchase a prepaid card in advance. Details will be posted on the official website of the Osaka-Kansai Expo as soon as they are decided.
■For this tour, each person must reserve a pavilion.
■Travel from the Osaka-Kansai Expo to the hotel must be made by yourself and at your own expense.
■A tour guide may not accompany you from Omiya to Takasaki.
■The order of the itinerary may be changed.
■For Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, any changes to meal content due to food allergies, religious reasons, etc. will incur a fee of 1,500 yen per meal, and if there is a difference in price, we will charge you the actual cost. In principle, please notify us at least 14 days before the departure date. For any changes after that, please contact us.
■Cancellation fees will also be charged for delays or non-participation due to transportation delays, etc. The tour will depart at the departure time stated in the brochure.

[Regarding midway ride]
You can get on and off at Honjo-Waseda, Kumagaya, and Omiya stations on this course. Please check the boarding station and select the meeting place. If you would like to midway ride, please let us know at least 4 days before departure.
If midway ride, please purchase a ticket at the boarding station and then proceed to the departure platform (ticket fees are at your own expense).

*The tour conductor will contact the representative by phone the day before departure with instructions on how to board the tour.

[Important information for customers on Waitlist list]
For customers on Waitlist, we will officially book your reservation by sending you a contract document as soon as a seat becomes available. Please make payment for the tour fee within 10 days of receiving the document. Please note that if we are unable to confirm your payment, your reservation will be cancelled.

[Travel fees for infants]
For customers aged 3 to 6 (preschool children), due to the Travel Agency Act and safety management, we will provide bus seats for the duration of the trip, for which an additional fee will be charged (taxis and free hotel shuttle buses do not provide seats). However, train seats, Meals, and bedding at Accommodation will not be provided during the trip. If you would like to provide a seat, please make a reservation as a "child."

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
