[About the Osaka-Kansai Expo]
■The pavilion of the Osaka-Kansai Expo is subject to group advance reservations, and you cannot choose the content or time. The pavilion you will visit will be informed by the tour conductor on the day.
■The tour conductor will give you a ticket ID with a QR code on the day of the event. Even if you do not have a smartphone or tablet, you can enter with this QR code ticket (paper ticket).
■Since the ticket ID will be handed over on the day, pavilion reservations and event lottery cannot be used before the tour departs. If there is a pavilion reservation slot, you can make a pavilion reservation using the registration terminal installed in the venue on the day. There is also a pavilion where you can enter in line without making a reservation on the day of the Itinerary. *There is a possibility that you will have to wait in line for a long time.
■If you have a smartphone or tablet, you can also make reservations for pavilions and events by linking your Expo ID to your ticket ID after handing over your ticket ID (flip phones and easy phones are not supported). We recommend that you register your Expo ID before your trip.
■The Osaka-Kansai Expo venue will be completely cashless. Cash cannot be used for shopping and eating and drinking in the venue. There are about 60 different payment brands available in Itinerary. (Credit cards are also accepted)
■If you do not have a payment method other than cash, you will need to purchase a prepaid card in advance.
■Large luggage, including carry-on bags, is not allowed.
■It is about a 30-minute walk from the bus stop (Terminal 2) to the west gate.

[Waitlist About reservations
For Waitlist passengers, if a seat is available 15 days before departure, they will be transferred to an official reservation by sending a written contract or sending it to My Page.
Please complete the payment procedure for the travel fee within one week after receiving the documents. If we are unable to confirm the payment, we will cancel the reservation.
