This tour is Married Couples Only aged 65 or older.

■The bus will be equipped with a vanity toilet and ample leg room.
■ Reclining seats are available on this tour. Please let the person behind you know if you would like to use them. Please return your seat to its original position when getting on and off the bus.
■For Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, any changes to meal content due to food allergies, religious reasons, etc. will incur a fee of 1,500 yen per meal, and if there is a difference in price, we will charge you the actual cost. ●For dates close to departure, reservations cannot be made online, so please contact the Travel Center listed below. If there are vacant seats, we will accept applications up until the day before.
●If Minimum Number of Participants is not met and the trip is unavoidably canceled, we will notify you in writing. Notification will be completed by letter or email.
● Cancellation fees will also be charged for delays or non-participation due to transportation delays, etc. The tour will depart at the departure time stated in the brochure.

If you make a last minute transfer and are unable to confirm receipt by the day before your trip, we may refuse your participation on the day. If you are making a last minute transfer, please be sure to bring the transfer receipt with you on the day of your trip.

● Regarding sending of materials
Due to postal conditions, materials such as the Travel Guide may not arrive in time for your departure.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
