【未成年のご参加について】
おひとり参加というツアーの性質上、未成年の方のご参加はご遠慮いただいております。

【食事内容の変更について】
重篤な食物アレルギーや医療的判断による食事制限等、身体の安全を脅かす可能性がある場合、または宗教上の理由等がある場合を除き、ご提供のお食事内容変更に関するご要望はお受けいたしかねます。
軽度のアレルギーや好き嫌いにより食べられない食品は、お客様自身での除去をお願いいたします。
食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合はその実費を頂戴します。
尚、お食事をお召し上がりにならない場合も、食事代は返金いたしかねます。

【キャンセル待ちのご予約について】
キャンセル待ちのお客様には、出発15日より前にお席のご用意ができた場合は、契約書面の送付またはマイページへの送信をもって正式予約に移行手続きを行います。
書類到着後1週間以内にご旅行代金の入金手続きをお願いいたします。入金確認ができない場合、ご予約を取り消しさせていただきますので、予めご了承ください。
また、お席が空いたタイミングによっては、契約書面の発送前にお電話またはメールにて連絡させていただく場合がございます。

【ご案内とお断り】
■花の見ごろは気象状況によって前後します。

【出発日5営業日前を切ってのお申込のお客様へ】
■資料の送付について
郵便事情により、ご出発までに「ご旅行パンフレット」等の資料が届かない場合や、二重に届く場合がございます。予めご了承ください。

■ご入金について
ツアー出発日から起算して5営業日前(土・日・祝日は除く)を過ぎた新規お申込はクレジットカード決済にてお支払いをお願いいたします。

【バス前席オプションにつきまして】
■別料金・お一人様1日1,500円にて、バスの前方より3列目以内のお席を確保いたします。1～3列目の中での希望は承れません。座席は弊社にご一任ください。※ホテルの送迎バス・タクシー利用区間は除く。
■お申込み締め切りはツアー出発5営業日前まで／クレジットカード支払いの場合は3営業日前までとなっております。代金は事前にご入金をお願いいたします。当日の現金払いは承れません。
■席割の都合上、3列目までのお客様が前方席指定プランへのお申込みの方でない場合がございます。

※外国人のお客様が同乗される場合は、一部外国語でのご案内をすることもございますが通訳案内士は同行いたしません。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
