■ Fireworks Launch lasts about 15 minutes.
■ Please refrain from bringing tripods into your own system.
■ From the park to the Fireworks viewing area, it takes about 15~20 minutes on foot.
■ Due to weather or other circumstances, the Fireworks Festival may be canceled. If cancellation is decided before departure, the tour will also be canceled and the tour fee will be refunded. Also, the cancellation decision will be made on the day of the event, and the cancellation notice may be sent on the morning of the day if necessary. Also, the cancellation decision may be made just before the start of the Fireworks. If the Fireworks Festival is canceled after the tour departs, no refunds will be given.
■ Fireworks is free to view after being guided to a paid viewing area. Please secure your own viewing area and use the leisure sheet provided on the day.

■ Gift tickets (500 yen) may not be available at some stores. Please note that change will not be given.
■ The original seat for tour benefits may have a change in design.
■ May. 2025 Domestic Travel departing on or after the 1st, a handling fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes to meal contents due to food allergies or religious reasons, and any price differences will be charged at actual cost. ●For reservations close to the departure date, please contact the Travel Center listed below as they cannot be made online. If there are vacant seats, we will accept applications up until the day before.
●If Minimum Number of Participants is not met and the trip is unavoidably canceled, we will notify you by email.
●This tour is also available for sale to foreigners. If foreign passengers are on board, some of the tour may be conducted in a foreign language, but no guide-interpreter will accompany the passenger.

For customers on Waitlist, we will officially book your reservation by sending you a contract document as soon as a seat becomes available. Please make payment for the tour fee within 10 days of receiving the document. Please note that if we are unable to confirm your payment, your reservation will be cancelled.

●If your child participates at the infant fare (for children aged 3 to 6 who have not yet entered elementary school), all services during the trip will be included.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
