[Getting on and off along the way]
This course allows passengers to board and alight at Tachikawa Station and Hachioji Station.
*If you are joining midway ride, please purchase an entrance ticket at your boarding station and proceed directly to the departure platform.
* There are no refunds or discounts for fares up to midway ride station or for getting on or off at intermediate stations.

[About stargazing]
■Depending on weather conditions, you may not be able to see the starry sky.
■Since we do not provide chairs, we recommend bringing a mat or blanket.
■When stargazing, please be aware that the high altitude means it gets very cold at night, even in summer. We recommend taking thorough precautions against the cold, such as layering clothes or bringing a jacket.

[About Senjojiki Cirque]
■To reach Senjojiki Cirque, you will need to transfer between a local bus and a ropeway. The local bus will be shared with other passengers, and during peak times, you may be asked to use an auxiliary seat. (Each journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes.)
■The ropeway may be suspended due to weather conditions. In that case, we will refund the group fare or offer an alternative.
■ Senjojiki Cirque is Mini Hiking. It is a high-altitude area, and the temperature will be about 10℃ lower than in the Tokyo metropolitan area. Also, as it is a mountainous area, the weather can change. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and bring a raincoat or rainwear.
■Snowfall begins in Senjojiki from late Oct. onwards, and depending on the snow conditions, some parts of the walking trails may be impassable.
[About Mini Hiking]
This course is classified as a "Mini Hiking" according to our company standards. It involves walking on unpaved roads with an elevation difference of less than 100m, a walking time of less than 2 hours, and a walking distance of less than 5km. Please refer to the [Highlights] and participate in appropriate clothing and shoes.
<Individual Mini Hiking Area> Senjojiki...Approximately 40 minutes on foot, approximately 1 km
Visiting altitudes of approximately 2500m or higher carries the risk of developing altitude sickness. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions or health concerns, please consult with your doctor beforehand before applying for and participating in the tour. Also, on the day of the tour, please be careful not to drink too much alcohol or get too little sleep, and if you experience symptoms such as headache or nausea, please inform the tour guide.

[About changes to meal contents]
From Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, a fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes to meal content due to food allergies or religious reasons, and if there is a difference, the actual cost will be charged. [Travel fees for infants]
Passengers aged 3~6 (preschoolers) will be charged a bus seat during the journey from the perspective of the Travel Business Act and safety management (there are no seats for taxis and free hotel shuttle buses). However, there are no seats on the train, Meals, Accommodation facilities, etc. during the journey. If you wish, please make a reservation with a "child".

[Infant reception]
If you are traveling with children under 3 years old, please apply using this dedicated form or call center.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
