●大阪・関西万博入場の際に、万博IDの取得やパビリオン予約等、お客様ご自身でお手続き作業をする必要があります。パンフレットに同封のご案内書面にて出発までに実施いただく手順をご案内しておりますので、必ずご確認ください。
●万博ツアーへの参加においては、スマートフォンやタブレット等の電子機器が必要となります。
●大阪・関西万博会場内は、原則キャッシュレス決済となっています。
●現金以外の決済手段を持たない方は事前にプリペイドカードをご購入いただく必要がございます。
●大阪・関西万博西口ゲート～バス乗降場は徒歩約15～20分程歩いてのご移動となります。(25年4月現在の情報)
●ご乗車いただくバスが往路と復路で異なるため、大阪・関西万博散策の際、荷物をバス車内に置いておくことはできません。

スマホをお持ちでない等の理由で万博IDを取得できないお客様については、弊社からお送りするチケットQRコードが印刷された書面を当日お持ちいただければ万博会場への入場自体は可能です。ただしパビリオンの事前抽選や万博IDを必要とするその他サービスは受けることができません。

【名阪関ドライブインの駐車場について】
●名阪関ドライブインには無料のマイカー用駐車場があります（予約制）。駐車場利用希望のお客様は出発１週間前までに弊社へ利用台数をお申し出ください。
●駐車券はございません。当日は「クラブツーリズムのお客様専用」と書かれたカラーコーンを立てておりますので、確認の上ご駐車下さい。
●駐車場内での事故・盗難等が発生した場合でも一切責任を負いかねます。
●当日連絡が取れる緊急連絡先の携帯番号を弊社へお知らせください。

●道路状況等により帰着時間が遅延する場合があります。

[About this tour]
●For reservations close to the departure date, you cannot make a reservation online, so please contact the Travel Center listed below. If there are vacant seats, we will accept applications up until the day before.
●If minimum number of participants for operation is not met and the trip is unavoidably canceled, we will notify you in writing. Notification will be completed by letter or email.

[Child and infant rates]
●Travel fare for children aged 4 and over will be discounted by 4,800 yen from the adult fare.
●The travel fare for a 3-year-old child will be discounted by 1,500 yen from the infant fare.

● Regarding sending of materials
Due to postal conditions, materials such as the Travel Guide may not arrive in time for your departure.
Please note that you may receive a "Travel Guide" after departure.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
