・As you will be passing through areas requiring radiation control, please wear radiation protection equipment and a personal dosimeter as specified by Tokyo Company Holdings, Inc.
・Please be aware that you may pass through areas with high radiation levels (approximately 300 microSv/h).
2.At the request of Tokyo Power Company Holdings, Inc., the following individuals are not permitted to visit the site.
・Citizens of nuclear weapon countries ・Pregnant women ・Minors (under 18 years of age)
3. Regarding the hearing sheet for internal inspection
The form will be sent approximately 45 days before departure, so please be sure to fill it out and return it in the enclosed envelope at least one month before departure. Please note that we cannot accept changes to participants after that date. Also, please pay attention to the following points when filling out the form.

② Please write your name and address in the same kanji as on your ID. (Please do not abbreviate the font, but write it exactly the same as on your ID.)
