[Important Notes for Application]
This course is only open to even-numbered participants. Due to the reservation system, reservations can be made even with an odd number of people, but even after the reservation is completed, Our company will contact you to cancel. (Based on Article 17 of the Travel Agency Terms and Conditions, "Our Company's Right to Terminate") Please be sure to apply with an even number of people.

[Information and Instructions]
■ In case of bad weather on the day, flight routes may be changed. Even if the route changes, the tour will proceed as scheduled and will not be refunded. Depending on the situation, the event may be canceled at the airport on the day.
■ Seats on board may be winged seats as Our company will be entrusted to you.
■ For this course, a fuel surcharge (approximate 1,200 yen / as of Apr. 26th) is required separately. If the fuel surcharge increases, the shortfall will be charged additionally; if it is reduced, the reduced amount will be refunded.
■ For charter convenience, departure and arrival times may change. The plane you will use is decided before departure. We will send a "旅のしおり    Travel Guide (Departure Information)" with meeting instructions and other details approximately 5~7 days before departure. Please check the meeting place and time in the "旅のしおり    Travel Guide (Departure Information)". The meeting time is about one hour before departure.
■ Since this is required at ticket issuance, please be sure to enter all participants' names, ages, and genders. If you are a foreign national, please enter your information in katakana. Unless you can confirm the above, you cannot secure a seat on the aircraft. Please be aware.
■ Since this course is Day Trip, cancellation fees will be charged starting 10 days before departure.

[Waitlist About Reservations
For Waitlist customers, if seats are available at least 15 days before departure, we will proceed with the official reservation by sending the contract document or sending it to My Page.
Please make payment for the trip within one week of receiving the documents. If we are unable to confirm your payment, your reservation will be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.

[For customers who apply less than one week before departure]
■ Due to postal circumstances, the "Travel Guide and Payment Slip" may not arrive before departure or may arrive after your trip ends. Please check the meeting time and Meeting point yourself on the website.
■ We recommend that you make payment by credit card. Please note that if you do not have a credit card, please make your payment by bank transfer. If you paid by bank transfer, please bring your receipt on the day. If the transfer is not completed in time, please contact us by phone to specify the payment method.
■ If you wish to cancel or change your trip, please be sure to contact our reservation center. A designated fee may be charged depending on the date of cancellation or change.

[Notes on Reservations]
■ Please note that reservations for departure dates cannot be made online.
■ If you do not meet the Minimum Number of Participants requirements, your trip may be canceled. We will contact you only in case of cancellation.
■ The content is updated daily (excluding Sundays, holidays, and year-end/New Year holidays), but there may be slight time lags and actual conditions may differ. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that even if there is only one seat left, it will be Available. Depending on the reservation status and the number of guests, the Full may apply.
■ Participation is expected for guests accompanied by guide dogs or other assistance dogs. If you have animal allergies, please be sure to contact us at the time of application.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
