[About this course]
■The best time to see the flowers varies depending on the weather. Regardless of the flowering status, the tour will depart when the Minimum Number of Participants is met.
■ Mt. Shinokura Asama Park does not have a dedicated parking lot, so it takes about 30 minutes to walk one way on foot and by stairs.
■Mt. Fuji may not be visible due to weather or other factors.
■If you wish to make a safe call, please let us know in advance. Please note that we may not be able to contact you during our business hours (9:15~17:30) or when you are absent.

[Accommodation About the facility
■1~4 people per room is basic.
■Rooms can be used in Japanese-style rooms (with out-bath and toilet) or Western-style rooms (single, twin or triple rooms/with bath and toilet).

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
