■ This course is accepted for groups of two or more; single participants are not allowed. ■ The Kawadoko dining venue is accessible by descending slippery stairs from inside the restaurant to the riverbed. The kawadoko is a tatami seating area and chairs or tables are not provided. There are gaps in the riverbed so you can see the river surface. Please take off your shoes and walk on the tatami mats, so please be very careful with your step.
■ The shuttle bus and meal venue will be shared with individual guests other than Club Tourism. Depending on the crowd level of the facility on the day, you may be asked to wait more than 30 minutes at your seat before meals are served (tour participants will not be given priority for meals).
■ This plan uses a free shuttle bus for dining facilities, not a large sightseeing bus. Therefore, you may need to use auxiliary seats or share seats with other groups.
■ This course is Meet and dismiss on-site. Tour conductor will not accompany you; on the day of your trip, staff at the dining facility will handle reception and guidance, so your name and contact information will be provided to the dining facility.
■ Not only on the day of the event, but also due to rain or severe weather up to the previous day, if the river level is rising, you may have to eat indoors and may not be able to eat on the riverbed. For customers on Waitlist, if a seat becomes available 15 days prior to departure, we will convert your reservation to an official reservation by sending you a contract or submitting it to your My Page.

[Meeting place and time]

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
