The Imperial Grand Shrine is located on the banks of the Isuzu River from the reign of Emperor Taruhito, a distant ancestor of the imperial family that has continued for a long time. It is enshrined in one of the three pillars of Japan's founding country, "Amaterasu Omikami". After crossing the Uji Bridge, which is the entrance to the approach, it becomes a sacred area, and the air is tight. The long approach paved with gravel is also popular as the original scenery of ancient Japan.
