●Museum opening times and exhibition schedules may change at short notice. If a museum is closed, we may rearrange the itinerary or change to a different museum. Please note that the names of special exhibitions and works Itinerary display may also be subject to change.

<About the Tower of the Sun>
●You will view the exhibit by climbing up to 30 meters in height and up 6 floors using 5 staircases (145 steps). Generally, you will be viewing the exhibit on your own, but if you have difficulty walking or are not confident in your physical strength, we can guide you by elevator (only the 1st floor, middle floors, and top floor). Due to the limit on the number of people allowed in the elevator, please be sure to inform the reservation center when making your reservation. If you do not inform us, we may not be able to guide you by elevator.
●Photography is only permitted on the first floor of the tower. Please put your photographs in a bag or other container when heading to higher floors. Please wear a mask.

[About Accommodation]
●Please leave the Accommodation allocation to us. One person will be assigned to one room.
The room type will be a Accommodation-style room (double or twin, non-smoking room).

If you select "Documents required", we will send you a transfer form by mail along with your travel brochure.

[Meals requests]
As this is a comprehensive group tour, we cannot accept requests to change Meals contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical considerations. We also cannot provide refunds for meal fees.

[About choosing a meeting place]
Please be sure to confirm and select the meeting place when you check in.
*For this tour, you can choose to board at Tokyo Station, Shinagawa Station (midway ride), or Shin-Yokohama Station (midway ride).
If you are midway ride, please purchase a ticket at the boarding station and then proceed to the departure platform (ticket fees are at your own expense).
*The tour conductor will contact you by phone the day before departure with instructions on how to board the bus.
*Please note that there are no refunds or discounts for getting on or off the bus along the way.

A solo trip is Solo-Only Travel travelers to travel comfortably and without hesitation. For this reason, we only accept applications from single travelers.
This tour is a "Premium Solo Experience" tour limited to single participants.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
