The king of winter delicacies, the Awaji Island 3-year-old tiger pufferfish, is farmed near the Narumi Strait, which has the fastest tidal currents in Japan.
The flesh is firm and the flavor is rich. It is said to be twice the size of the regular ones. Please enjoy this seasonal delicacy.
