This course is "Solo-Only Travel".
Families, groups, and acquaintances are not allowed to apply or participate. Also, please refrain from participating by applying separately between acquaintances.
In addition, at the time of our recognition, we will refuse to participate even if it is just before travel.

【Special Visit】
・Please walk along the designated aisle on the day of the event. Also, please refrain from going up and down two flights of stairs to prevent falling.
・ Hakodate Helmets are required to be worn when visiting the Shinkansen General Railway Station and Hakodate Shinkansen Works.
・Smoking is not allowed during the tour. You will also be required to use the restroom before arrival.
・During the tour, we ask for your cooperation in following the instructions of the staff. Also, if you are unable to visit during the tour due to health reasons, please let the staff know.
・ Please follow the instructions from the staff from the viewpoint of preventing leakage of confidential information when shooting.
Basically, it is prohibited to take pictures inside the garage or inside the vehicle, but it is possible to take pictures outdoors. As a general rule, photography is prohibited at the new Chitose Airport.
・To prevent electric shock, selfie sticks and umbrellas cannot be used.
・ Rain gear will be used such as kappa (umbrellas cannot be used)

【Clothing】
・ Please wear clothes that are easy to move around and easy to adjust the temperature on the day of the event. Depending on the location, you will be required to wear a helmet.
・ We recommend that you participate in a backpack with both hands on your luggage. There is no place to leave your luggage when you visit the airport.
・In order to prevent injuries due to entanglement or snagging, please refrain from wearing stoles and summer scarves.
・ There are many rails and grooves, and in order to prevent injuries due to snagging, sandals and heels are not allowed.

[Please understand the purpose of the trip in which you participate alone]
The trip for solo participation is "Solo-Only Travel" with the aim of allowing even one person to participate in the trip easily and casually without hesitation. Therefore, we only accept applications for one person.

(1) Emergency contact information (contact information other than the person who can always be contacted in the event of an unexpected accident)

[About changes in meal contents]
From Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, a fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes in meal content due to food allergies or religious reasons, and actual expenses will be charged if there is a difference.
As a general rule, please let us know at least 14 days before your departure date. Please contact us for further information.

[On the way back: About getting off on the way]
This course can be stopped at Omiya Station.
During the tour, the tour conductor will ask you about your wishes, so please let us know at that time.

[Airline Mileage Accrual]
Airfares for air travel are subject to the "Inclusive Travel Discounted Fare" or "Individual Inclusive Travel Discount Fare" and are not eligible for mileage accrual provided by each airline.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
