[About changes to meal contents]
We will not accept requests for changes to the content of the Meals provided unless there is a possibility of endangering physical safety, such as serious food allergies, dietary restrictions due to medical judgment, or religious reasons. If you have a mild allergy or a picky eat, please remove it yourself. A fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changing the meal content, and if there is a difference, the actual cost will be charged. Please note that if the Meals is a lunch box, we cannot accept any changes. If you do not consume Meals, please note that the meal will not be refunded. In principle, we refrain from taking home Meals that have not been consumed.

[Information and refusal]
■Since it is during Golden Week, some tourist spots and highways are expected to be crowded.
We plan the itinerary with plenty of time, but please note that if there is a significant delay depending on the situation on the day of the trip, we may shorten the sightseeing time, replace, change, or omit the itinerary and stops.
■We may change the order of the sightseeing spots.
■Please wear comfortable clothes to participate.
■The best time to see wisteria varies depending on weather conditions.

[About Waitlist reservations]
For Waitlist passengers, if a seat is available 15 days before departure, they will be transferred to an official reservation by sending a written contract or sending it to My Page.
Please make payment for the trip within one week of receiving the documents. If we are unable to confirm your payment, your reservation will be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.

【About seats】

■ About sending materials
Depending on postal conditions, you may not receive materials such as "travel pamphlets" by the time of departure, or you may receive them twice. Please note.
■About payment
For new applications made more than 5 business days before the tour departure date (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), please pay by credit card.

[About bus front seat options]
■Additional fee: 1,500 yen per person per day will secure a seat within the third row from the front of the bus. We cannot accept requests in rows 1~3. Please leave your seat to us. *Excluding the section where you use the hotel shuttle bus or taxi.
■The application deadline is 5 business days before the tour departure / 3 business days before credit card payment. Payment must be made in advance; cash payments on the day are not accepted.
■Due to seat allocation, customers up to the third row may not be the one who applied for the front seat reservation plan.

*This tour is also sold to foreign nationals. If you are a foreign passenger, we may provide guidance in some foreign languages, but we will not accompany you with an interpreter.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
