*The autumn foliage course is set based on the usual conditions, but the best viewing period may vary slightly due to weather and other factors.

Day 2 Shirakami Sanchi Mountain Range and Aoike Pond are included as Mini Hiking. (Each person will be doing their own Mini Hiking.)
The walking time is approximately 20 minutes and the distance is approximately 0.6 km.
*Please wear comfortable walking shoes on the day. Also, please bring a raincoat in case of rain.

【About choosing a meeting place】

[ About Meals requests
・From Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, a fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes to meal content due to food allergies or religious reasons, and if there is a difference, the actual cost will be charged.
・Please be sure to let us know for each travel application. Also, even if it is in the same condition as last time, please ask again for confirmation.
・In principle, please make a request at least 14 days before the departure date. Please contact us for further information. We may also explain menu changes to other customers. Please note.

・ If Meals is a lunch box, we cannot accept any changes.

・ If you do not consume Meals, the meal fee will not be refunded.

・In principle, we refrain from taking home Meals that have not been consumed.

【About the Accommodation Facility】
■ Please leave the Accommodation allocation to us. One person will be assigned to one room.
The room type for the Accommodation is Western-style (single).

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
