We do not allow acquaintances or family members to attend, even if you make individual reservations.
If it is found that acquaintances or family members have applied for the tour, we may refuse participation in this tour and also refuse participation in all future Solo Travel tours from our company.

[Regarding participation by minors]
Due to the nature of the tour as a solo participant, minors are not permitted to participate.

[Regarding changes to meal content]
Except in cases where there is a risk of physical safety due to severe food allergies, dietary restrictions due to medical judgment, or religious reasons, we cannot accept requests to change the Meals content provided. If you have mild allergies or preferences and cannot eat foods, please remove them yourself. A handling fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes to meal content, and any price differences will be charged at the actual cost. Please note that if the Meals is a bento box, no changes will be accepted. Meals Please note that meal fees cannot be refunded even if you do not eat them. As a general rule, we do not accept taking home Meals that cannot be eaten.

[Information and Refusal]
■ Seats on sightseeing trains are entrusted to us. There may be cases where you share a seat with others or face the opposite direction from your destination.
■ Please refrain from using the reclining bus seats.

If you select "Documents required", we will send you a transfer form by mail along with your travel brochure.

[Regarding Waitlist Reservations]
For Waitlist customers, if seats are available at least 30 days before departure, we will proceed with the official reservation by sending the contract document or sending it to My Page.
Please make payment for the trip within one week of receiving the documents. If we are unable to confirm your payment, your reservation will be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.
Also, depending on when a seat becomes available, we may contact you by phone or email before sending out the contract document.

[About Seats]
We kindly ask that you entrust the arrangement of transportation (bus, train, airplane, Other) and designated seat arrangements at designated facilities during your trip to ensure the smooth operation of group travel.

[For customers applying less than 5 business days before departure]
■ About sending materials
Due to postal circumstances, materials such as the "Travel Brochure" may not arrive before departure, or duplicate deliveries may occur. Thank you for your understanding.
■About payment
For new applications made more than 5 business days before the tour departure date (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), please pay by credit card.

[Regarding the Bus Front Seat Option]
■ Additional fee: 1,500 yen per person per day, with seats secured within the third row from the front of the bus. We cannot accommodate requests within rows 1~3. Please leave your seat to us. * Excluding the hotel shuttle bus and taxi sections.
■ The application deadline is 5 business days before the tour departure / 3 business days before credit card payments. Payment must be made in advance; cash payments on the day are not accepted.
■ Due to seat arrangements, customers up to the third row may not be eligible for the forward seat reserved plan.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
