[Regarding participation by minors]
Due to the nature of the tour as a solo participant, minors are not permitted to participate.

[Regarding changes to meal content]
Except in cases where there is a risk of physical safety due to severe food allergies, dietary restrictions due to medical judgment, or religious reasons, we cannot accept requests to change the Meals content provided. If you have mild allergies or preferences and cannot eat foods, please remove them yourself. A handling fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes to meal content, and any price differences will be charged at the actual cost. Please note that if the Meals is a bento box, no changes will be accepted. Meals Please note that meal fees cannot be refunded even if you do not eat them. [Information and Refusal]
■ Elevation: On courses visiting elevations of approximately 2500m or higher, there is a risk of developing altitude sickness. If you have any pre-existing or pre-existing conditions, or if you are concerned about your health, please consult your doctor in advance about your participation in the trip before applying or attending. Also, on the day of the tour, please be careful not to drink heavily or lack sleep. [About Waitlist reservations]
For Waitlist passengers, if a seat is available 30 days before departure, they will be transferred to an official reservation by sending a written contract or sending it to My Page.

[For midway ride customers]
If you wish to take a midway ride, please inform us at least 7 days before departure. Please note that there are no staff at midway ride Station, so please board the train number listed in the "Travel Bookmark (Departure Information)" directly. *When entering the station platform, please purchase an admission ticket and wait on the platform of the designated train or designated car. *There are no refunds or discounts for getting on and off the train.

[For customers who apply less than 5 business days before the departure date]
■Depending on postal conditions, you may not receive materials such as "travel pamphlets" by the time of departure, or you may receive them twice. Please note.
■For new applications made more than 5 business days before the tour departure date (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), please pay by credit card.

[About bus front seat options]
■Additional fee: 1,500 yen per person per day will secure a seat within the third row from the front of the bus. We cannot accept requests in rows 1~3. Please leave your seat to us. *Excluding the section where you use the hotel shuttle bus or taxi.
■The application deadline is 5 business days before the tour departure / 3 business days before credit card payment. Payment must be made in advance; cash payments on the day are not accepted.
■Due to seat allocation, customers up to the third row may not be the one who applied for the front seat reservation plan.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
