[About the tour]
■ We may guide you by changing the order of the process.

【Waitlist Reservations 】
For Waitlist passengers, if seats are available 15 days before departure, we will transfer to an official reservation by sending the contract document or sending it to My Page. Please complete the payment procedure for the travel fee within one week after the documents arrive. If payment cannot be confirmed, the reservation will be canceled. Also, depending on when a seat becomes available, we may contact you by phone or email before sending out the contract document.

[About changes in meal contents]
From Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, a fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes in meal content due to food allergies, religious reasons, etc., and actual expenses if there is a difference. As a general rule, please let us know at least 14 days before your departure date. Please contact us for further information.

[About sending documents]
Regarding the "Travel Guide", tickets and tickets will be sent by mail for courses sent before departure, and you will not be able to view the "Travel Guide" on My Page.

【幼児の旅行代金】
３～６歳（未就学児）のお客様は、旅行業法・安全管理上の観点から行程中のバス座席を用意し、有料とさせていただきます(タクシー・ホテル無料送迎バスの場合、座席はございません)。ただし、行程中の列車のお座席・お食事・宿泊施設の寝具等はございません。ご希望の場合は「子供」でご予約ください。

３歳未満のお子様をお連れになる場合はこちらの専用フォームまたはコールセンターにてお申し込みください。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
