■About reservations
・Reservations can be made on our website up until one day before departure. For inquiries about the day before departure, please contact us by phone. We may be able to accommodate you even on dates when reservations are closed.
・The information is updated daily (excluding Sundays, holidays, and the New Year holidays), but please note that it is not in real time. Even if there is only one seat remaining, we will accept reservations. Also, there may be cases where the seat is full.
・If the number of participants is insufficient, the trip may be canceled. If the trip is canceled, we will contact you at least 4 days before departure.

■ For customers who apply within one week of departure

・Due to postal circumstances, materials such as the "Travel Guide" may not arrive before your departure. However, the "Travel Guide" may arrive after your departure.
・We recommend payment by credit card.
If you do not have a credit card, please make the payment via a financial institution using the transfer form that will be sent to you along with your travel guide. If you apply just before your flight departs, we only accept credit card payments.
・If you need to cancel or change your trip, please contact us.
A set fee will be charged depending on the date of cancellation or change.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
